Customizable Water-based Adhesive Coating Coater Machine
Application range of water-based adhesive coating machine: suitable for non-elastic materials such as paper, film, aluminum foil, plastic, non-woven fabric, etc.
Structural composition
1) Body: The body of this equipment is all welded from aluminum profiles.
2) Glue width adjustment device: The width adjustment device is composed of food-grade plastic and adjustable support.
3) Gluing roller group: The gluing roller group is made of double-drum precision machined parts, and the transmission is stable.
4) Thickness dial indicator: adjustment of the required coating thickness when gluing. Rotate the left and right hand wheels on the rubber roller frame clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the thickness of the rubber. The specific thickness is determined according to the indicator of the dial indicator.
5) Transmission platform: The transmission platform is made of stainless steel, and its main function is to smoothly transfer the substrate to the next process after the glue is applied.
6) Traction roller group: Pull the substrate by hand between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller, tighten the hand wheel on the frame to make the traction roller, and the rubber ring of the upper roller contacts the lower roller. The material is pulled over to complete the coating work.
