Performance and characteristics
1. The whole machine is controlled by 4 frequency conversion motors, and the whole machine is controlled by automatic tension, with synchronous speed
2. The feeding rack is independent and adopts magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. Anilox coating method: the coating scraper shaft adopts heavy double axis mechanical independent swimming, the scraper adjustment mode is manual with pneumatic, and the angle can be adjusted at will. The coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roll. Different coating amount can be replaced with different mesh lines of the anilox roll.
4. The oven is 10 meters long and divided into four sections for independent temperature control. The electric heating hot air inlet drying system is used for heating. The heating box is external. The heating pipe is made of stainless steel with heat sink, and the adjustable internal circulation air suction and exhaust device. The air inlet and exhaust are strong and dry thoroughly.
5. The guide wheel in the oven is actively synchronized with the host machine, and the transmission is synchronous pulley driven, which can reduce the material stretching and deformation. The open top air cylinder oven and the membrane piercing operation platform make it easy for operators to work.
6. Floating arm type automatic tension control is adopted for the middle tension synchronization of coating roller and traction steel roller
7. Automatic meter and speed control device;
8. EPC gas sensitive edge aligning machine is used for deviation correction, so as to ensure the tidiness of material reeling.
9. Key type air expansion shaft is adopted for retraction and retraction, which is convenient for loading and unloading.
