1600 m³/h NMP Solvent Recovery System
The NMP recovery system utilizes the total miscibility of NMP and water to treat and recover the exhaust gas from the coating machine. The equipment runs completely automatically, ensuring the consistency and safety of the system operation. It combines the two-stage spray absorption process and two-stage activated carbon adsorption to ensure that the exhaust emissions meet the standards.
The system includes ventilation duct, spray chamber, pump device, blower and control system. It has high recycling efficiency, low operating costs, stylish design, small footprint, excellent performance, and easy operation, making it very suitable for coating programs on various lithium battery laboratory production lines.
1. System Quantity: One coating line for cathode electrodes. Max exhaust flow per unit: 1600 m³/h. The system is designed for one-to-one treatment; max recovery capacity: 1600 m³/h.
2. Recovery Medium: N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP)
3. Applicable Standard: GB 30484-2013 (NMP exhaust concentration: Non-methane hydrocarbons ≤ 50 mg/m³)
4. Treatment Process: Two-stage segmented spray absorption + two-stage activated carbon adsorption
