Introduction
This device is a hot press forming machine for 8-channel single ended ear batteries. The device adopts a horizontal structure, with a total of 4 layers of pressure plates, each layer can be used for 2 batteries, a total of 8 channels; Mainly used for the formation of soft pack lithium-ion batteries under hot pressing, it can replace the baking and shaping process of existing battery formation processes, shorten formation time, shorten battery production cycle, reduce labor, and make the surface of the battery smoother and more beautiful after air extraction and sealing, while completing battery formation and hot pressing shaping.

Horizontal dual station design, multi-channel stacking, flexible to use;
It can achieve multi stage heating pressure conversion, and each stage temperature and pressure can be independently set;
High precision chip heater with good temperature uniformity, long service life, and adjustable temperature;
Driven by a cylinder, the pressure can be precisely adjusted, and the pressure plate adopts special treatment, with high accuracy and small thermal deformation;
Special positive and negative pole ear wiring fixture design, good and stable contact, standard 8-channel battery analyzer, optional brand;
PLC control, HMI operation, with multiple protection functions;
This device can be used on a table and occupies a small space.
