Features
● Double station rotating disc feeding, load/unload and encapsulation simultaneously;
● Turntable with cavity, inferior vena closed form an airtight seal is putting on cavity body, meet the demand of vacuum encapsulation electrolyte separate barrels, optimization of the electrolyte to eliminate channel, reduce the pollution of vacuum source;
● PLC automatic control, touch screen realization man-machine dialogue, easy to operate;
● The function of output statistics, has manual and auto operate function, fault alarm function;
● Presetting encapsulation of temperature, pressure, packaging time, extraction time, temperature abnormal alarm function;
● Equipped with upper head repair cylinder cavity, maintenance on head part and the bayonet all dew outside of the cavity, maintenance is convenient;
● Feeding turntable driven by precision CAM roller segmentation, positioning accuracy ≤30 ;
● Head up and down parallel: ± - 0.01 mm; the degree alignment can be adjusted;
● The top press plate use cylinder or spring pressure can be obtained.
