Features
● Mechanical hand to load material to sealing body, after completion of loading automatically closed cavity, Pierce, infusion, encapsulation；
● Pre-cut air pocket function, the removal of excess air pocket, avoid air pocket on the residual electrolyte contamination；
● After encapsulation battery short circuit test function, process, after test NG material not next level automatically;
● Air pocket respectively in two side and side sealing side location positioning excision and ruffled, ensure the cutting precision;
● After folding iron battery edge shape, iron edge block buffer, ensure the battery is good;
● Weighing function after molding, weighing data input to the computer;
● Trimming precision of ± 0.15 mm;
● Before packaging to secondary reorientation of battery, encapsulation location accuracy ± 0.15 mm;
● 1 set of each cell has an independent servo mechanism, pressure through the pressure sensor control and output display;
● Use knife to Pierce, airbags on the outside edge of the cut out gap, batteries inside block speed of gas discharge, put an end to the electrolyte injection, control pumping fluid volume and reduce the electrolyte pollution to the head and the cavity.
