1.1 Application area：
The equipment is mainly used for the observation of internal defects of products in the battery industry, semiconductor parts production, electronic product processing, solid substrate, electronic product packaging, power supply and other industries.
1.2 Introduction to equipment functions and principles：
The equipment emits X-rays through the X-ray generator and penetrates the inside of the tested object. The image intensifier receives the X-rays and takes images and photographs. The defects of the tested object are determined manually according to the images.
