Functional overview
The device is suitable for the riveting and pressing of quadrate supercapacitor and lithium ion power battery' s pole ear and leading-out terminal.
Functional characteristics
1.Adopt hydraulic system as the punching and trimming power, with big force, adjustable speed and high efficiency.
2.Mould squeeze head adopts high-strength and high-wear-resisting alloy die steel, with good wear resistance.
3.Equipped with the imported resistance tester to measure the contact resistance between pole ear and terminal after riveting and pressing.
4.Equipped with the imported displacement sensor to measure the thickness of the product after riveting and pressing.
5.Equipped with the imported two-dimension bar code scanner. Data can be stored and derived, for the convenience
of quality control and traceability on product.
6.Equipped with security door and safety protection light grid, with safe and reliable device operation.
7.Adopt the imported PLC. Touch screen displays operation.
