The KAT-XZY60 is a precision battery flattening machine designed for large cylindrical batteries and supercapacitor cells. It flattens both the positive and negative sides to ensure a compact and even surface, facilitating firm laser welding to the upper and lower current collectors. This is a patented product developed in-house to meet the precision and automation needs of modern battery production.
· Segmented flattening head design aligns aluminum foil substrate in one direction, enhancing weldability with the current collectors.
· Automated process flow: Includes automatic feeding, first and second pre-flattening, final flattening, short-circuit testing, and discharge.
· Grating ruler detection and display for precise and intuitive pressure adjustment.
· PLC control and HMI interface, enabling easy automation and user-friendly operation.
· High-precision mold design, ensuring accurate and uniform cell shaping.
· Stylish and functional design, with an aluminum alloy enclosure and geometric structure, combining aesthetics with operational convenience.
