Functional characteristics
1.The product goes through weighing before liquid injection,circulation vacuum pumping,automatic liquid injection stationary,weighing after liquid injection.Under vacuum state,the electrolyte can rapidly permeate into the micropore of pole piece.The electrolyte in pole is distributed evenly to differently improve the capactity,internal resistance,internal pressure and cycle liofe of supercapactior or battery.
2.Place in glove box for liquid injection.Adopt the imported PLC and Chinese/English HMI and other accessories for centralized control,with simple operation,convenient adjustment and stable performance.
3.Set the liquid injection speed,vacuum pumping time,working gas releasing time,with high automation degree.
4.Adopt high-precision sensor to guarantee the sensitivity and accuracy of each workstation operation.
5.Liquid injection workstation can be custom-made according to the customer’s requirements.
