Roll-to-Roll Automatic Slitting Machine for Lithium-Ion Battery Electrode Preparation
This machine is used for the slitting and processing of lithium-ion battery electrode.
Applicable for slitting materials such as copper foil, aluminum foil, OPP, PE, PP, PVC, release paper, and release film.
Workflow:
Roll-fed material → Automatic unwinding → Web guiding → Slitting → Rewinding
This machine is a high-precision, high-sensitivity slitting equipment. Both the unwinding and rewinding units are equipped with high-precision air shafts. Tension can be freely adjusted via a magnetic powder clutch, and web guiding is managed by an automatic ultrasonic system with dual-motor control.
The machine is equipped with the following features:
