The J520BS-B electrode sheet machine is developed to cater to the booming demand in the power battery market. It is a new-type device for the precise die-cutting and forming of roll materials, which cuts down on labor, raises output, and lowers costs in production. The release of this product represents a significant breakthrough in the processing and die-cutting forming of battery electrode sheets. The machine's overall design fully absorbs advanced domestic and international technologies and processes, boasting high manufacturing precision and remarkable technical strengths. Applicable for: Forming of lithium-ion battery cathode and anode sheets.

1.5 Equipment Features:

1. Employing this equipment permits direct die cutting, trimming processes, cutting down scrap, conserving labor, materials and time, lessening material waste, and substantially boosting production efficiency, electrode sheet quality and investment cost. 

2. Feeding way: Manual loading. 

3. Adopts a photoelectric sensing automatic web guiding system to rectify material deviation, resolving the problem of inferior product quality arising from material misalignment. 

4. Feeding way: Propelled to the die cutting section by a servo motor with a precision ball screw; materials are automatically sent out after punching and forming. 

5. Operation segment: Managed through a touch screen with program control; proper data can be set based on the product, rendering operation handy and swift. 

6. Die cutting segment: Synchronized with the servo feeding speed; both upper and lower templates are constructed from cast steel and go through multiple stress relief and shaping procedures to enhance rigidity, parallelism, flatness and pressure stability precision. 

7. Transmission segment: Powered by the main motor's crankshaft motion, speed can be adjusted according to different products, with stable pressure output to secure production efficiency. 

8. Lubrication way: Automatic oil supply control system to maintain the equipment in a lubricated state at all times and ensure stable die cutting pressure. 

9. Forming way: Utilizes a laser knife die, able to perform multi-sheet die cutting per stroke, with high production efficiency, low knife die expense, and fast, easy changeover. 

10. Monitoring way: Adopts an advanced fault monitoring and alarm system; when a fault occurs, the precise fault location can be accurately shown on the touch screen, facilitating maintenance. The touch screen enables man-machine interaction for effortless operation. 

11. Safety protection: Employs a sensitive light curtain sensor system to safeguard operator safety, thus averting accidents and preventing unnecessary losses for the company.
