This equipment is primarily for the formation of polymer battery cells under high-temperature and pressure conditions. It allows for denser SEI film formation, more thorough capacity activation, and better capacity consistency. The system supports high-current charging, shortening formation time and reducing the battery production cycle.
The system includes a 16-channel formation cabinet and a fixture. The fixture is arranged in parallel, with 9 layers of heating and pressing plates and 16 5V6A channels, fully integrated with the cabinet.

The equipment encompasses a temperature regulation system, over/under-temperature alert mechanism, over/under-voltage monitoring system, pressure management system, formation cabinet unit, and fixture assembly. Key features include layer-specific temperature control, pressure regulation, charge/discharge functionality, overcharge/overdischarge safeguards, secure tab-to-contact connectivity, data communication capabilities, automated post-process data logging, post-charging voltage classification, post-discharging capacity grading, and smoke detection alarm.

6. Operation Process:
Open cabinet door → Place battery → Close cabinet door → Set parameters → Fixture clamps → Start heating → Start formation → Formation completes → Fixture releases → Open cabinet door → Remove battery
