1. Equipment Description:

This machine is mainly used for precision winding of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells.

Working process: Manually feed cathode and anode sheets into the winding section, interleave them with the separator, wind according to process requirements, automatically attach termination tape, and automatically discharge the finished cell.

1. Single-needle through-shaft winding structure.

3. Process Flow

This equipment complies with the winding standards for cylindrical lithium-ion batteries, which require that the separator fully encloses the anode, and the anode wraps around the cathode.

Workflow steps:
1. Pre-winding of the separator: A toothed blade is used to shorten the length of the separator.
2. Anode feeding: Manually load the anode into the winding unit.
3. Cathode feeding: Manually load the cathode into the winding unit.
4. Execute winding.
5. Transfer to the taping position.
6. Cut the separator, apply tape, and discharge the finished product.
